I will also attempted to compose one Haiku each week that tied in with the main image choice and more importantly tried to write a Haiku that didn't entirely suck. I didn't think that I did as well with the poetry as I did with the photos, but some PAW viewers really seemed to miss the poems when I wasn't able to come up with something right away. Re-reading some of it though I think that maybe I shouldn't quit my day job just yet.
All in all I learned quite a bit about my casual photography and this project helped me actually shoot more when someone isn't actually paying me to do so. (Something that I had moved too far away from in years prior to the PAW.) I extend my eternal thanks to the many many LUGgers, LEGgers, CVUGers, RFGroupers and the few MFNikon listers who posted valuable feedback for me on these images. Each comment meant a lot and I learned something by being able to look at my images through your eyes. I will leave it all up for a while as it is a pretty good record of my life in small town Maine this last first year on the 21st Century. Enjoy.
